To re-iterate: the tools presented in this talk are the software products that were clearly marked as being command line usable. When bearing in mind that sometimes command line capabilities are not that much publicised anymore because of the trend towards GUI-driven software, you can imagine that there is much more software available than you would think on first sight.
Advice: browse one of the meta-lists on WWW-based bioinformatics tools and ask the server administrators whether the software is available.
