AltExtron DAS Annotation Server software at EBI

Click DAS Sources menu

Click “Manage sources…”

Click “Add sources” And fill in the address of the DAS annotation server

Tickmark both data tracks... .. And then click “Add sources”

For both tracks additional information is required. Click “Edit” for each track

Important items on this screen: Stranded: Both Depth: Unlimited Grouped: Yes Colour: what you like Displayed: Yes (on by default) Click “Update” after you make these changes and edit the other track in the same manner.

Click “Close” to add these tracks to Ensembl.

Optionally: Close Menu. Then RELOAD the page and...

… AltExtron data appears. Remember: scale! Use zoom to see detailed data.
