In August 1997 I started as a Ph.D. Student in the SWISS-PROT group of Rolf Apweiler I am investigating possibilites to automatically annotate TREMBL's protein sequences. Therefore a collaborative environment of agents is being created, that faciliates the investigation of different methods to store, share and deduce biological data. My background is Computer Science, graduated 1996 in Hildesheim, Germany. More information on my personal home page.
