I am a EPSRC Visiting Research Fellow at EBI from January to September 1998 whilst on sabbatical, working with David Westhead on formalising protein topology TOPS cartoons in order to enable similarity searches over TOPS databases.

My home institution is the Department of Computer Science at City University, London and research interests include bioinformatics, semantics of interaction and distributed computations, agents, and (constraint) logic programming.
