GeneDoc 2.1.0
Introduction
GeneDoc is a full featured Multiple Sequence Alignment Editor and Shading Utility. GeneDoc is also intended to help bringing genetics research work to publication with lots of shading, page and font layout features. For a more detailed description, please see the first issue of 'The BioInformer'.
New in this version
This version has many requests attended to and a few nice new featues. Highlights are:
- Support for new file types: Phylip, Clustal ALN, Fasta, Pir.
- Column Markers and Display of Sequence location in lower right.
- Plotting of Identity Statistics in a C.D.F. plot.
- Phyiochemical Properties Display modes.
- Better use of the Clipboard to add and copy data.

Availability
GeneDoc is available free of charge for the following versions of Microsoft Windows: Windows 3.x, Windows/95 and Windows/NT. There is also a version for a DEC Alpha running Windows/NT.
